With this option, clients have no up-front cost or exposure; you provide the space/locations and now have another revenue stream while providing public service and creating a powerful tool in the event of an emergency.

2. Option Two
MMN designs the system, acquires the hardware and software, develops and manages the content. With this option, clients pay for design, installation, hardware and software in advance. The fee is based on the number of screens and locations. If hired to manage the system, ongoing MMN cost will be for maintaining the system, programming and billing.

2. Scope of Work

3. Budget
We provide different options that include the client paying for all costs in advance within a budget, to MMN providing all of the funding in exchange for a profit sharing and operational management agreement.
